  That's right. After the meetings I would take the girls to Jubilee Park swings or go to the market at the football ground.

  Wow!

  That is the address of the quick build KH we built because we outgrew the Waterlooville KH and it was a long way to travel.

  Horndean congregation got their own new hall and Waterlooville which was quite old got a complete refurb after we split.

  Looks they sold Waterlooville and now share Horndean. Waterlooville was in a very middle class residential street and near the town centre and shops so an expensive area whereas the new hall is on a grotty industrial site not near anything.

  I used to belong to the Horndean congregation in Portsmouth Hampshire and we shared the hall with the Waterlooville congregation.

  Horndean then built it's own large KH on an industrial estate in Horndean and Waterloovile's got a refurb. I heard recently Waterloovilel KH is now a children's nursery but I have no idea if they moved or were merged into Horndean.

  I would love to know what happened there. :)

  many young men avoided the draft due to their being “ministers”.

  if everyone who is a jw is a minister, women and kids should share ministerial status and even be able to legally officiate and marry someone....as long as they are baptized..

  What immodest clothing have you got in trouble for wearing?

  i personally have a very distinct sense of style and fashion which many of the fellow jdubs frown upon.

  recently, i was told by a few specially self righteous ones that i looked like a prostitute in a pair of white boots!

  a pair of 3 inch heeled, just a little taller than the ankle boots, with skirt that came down to my knees and a black long sleeve shirt that came up to my collarbone.

  I got counselled by a 19 year old MS for dressing my girls one aged 7 the other aged 11 in denim skirts. Apparently the denim fabric is disrespectful to Jehovah even when it is embroidered with little pink flowers.

  a few years back i was in a meeting between fades and it was the co visit.

  he said something i thought was crazy and a lot of jws buy into this mentality.

  i don't remember the talk but he asked this question.. what if this isn't the truth?

  I was told the Bible was written only for the annointed and until 1935 everyone was. It was only after the 144,000 was complete the rest of us existed and therefore the Bible doesn't mean the non anointed when it refers to 'all'.

  Here in UK faces that hadn't been seen for a while turned up the following Sunday.

  Hushed talk that his was the beginning of the big A was rife but a month later numbers were back to normal and speculation suppressed.
